✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided

⚠️ Items marked as final sale, personal care products, underwear, or customized items are non-returnable, unless defective.

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will confirm return eligibility and provide return instructions.


💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are shouldered by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

We offer free replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof to request an exchange.

📦 Return Shipping Address

You will receive the return address in your return confirmation email.
Do not return products without authorization, as we may not be able to process them.
